This depends on how much it is used. If you have an anxiety crystal and you are always anxious then, I would cleanse that probably every 7 days. Now If you have a protection stone out to protect your house then that crystals can be cleansed about every month or so.

There is no right or wrong way to do it. You need to find the way that most resonates with you and what you are comfortable with and then that is the way you should cleanse your crystals. Keep in mind that some crystals can’t be run under water and some can’t be left in the sunlight all day. So just be mindful of those certain things about the crystals and you should be just fine!

After you are done cleansing your crystals, you will feel a greater sensation with them then you did when you first picked them up to clean them. That is the charge on them coming back. That’s how you know they are charged.
